Somehow, after the early promise of getting things done, the entire year slipped away. Well, not quite.
We ended up doing some fairly major renovations in the house. The roof on the gazebo was replaced and reinforced (just as well as it happens).

When it came time to run the Christmas Train, all was in readiness, because I did re-wire and redecorate the train, but it snowed. We plowed. It snowed some more and before the plow was able to do much , IT SNOWED. A lot.

The railway was shutdown for more than 6 weeks. The first time since its inception.
But that didn't stop the thinking and planning.
2009 will bring something different. Or so I think.
