In early November, a 1500 horsepower FB unit
had been located to match to the FA (re-engined in 1979 with
a D series EMD 567 - 1800 horses). With the additional power,
the F-couple could readily handle Tank Train duties. If you
look closely, you'll see the problems brought about by heavy
rain. |
